Order Process

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-2 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@tatagoyoga.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order minus the shipping cost if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping with the minimum amount purchased ($00). Rates for less than $50 orders have very resonable shiping rates which display at checkout. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL

 

My order has already been placed/shipped but I need to cancel or update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

Standard Returns

Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to inspection and approval.

 

Important: The return terms below apply to most products. Pro Series yoga mats have additional return requirements and shipping considerations due to their size, weight, and shipping costs.

📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@tatago.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Whether the item is used or unused

We will respond with the correct return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

 

📍 Return Address

Returns must be approved before being sent back. A return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved to ensure the item is sent to the correct processing location.

 

Please note:

  • All returned items are subject to inspection.
  • Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns.
  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the product being returned.
  • Items must be returned in new, resalable condition with all original packaging and tags.
  • Returns that do not meet our return requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

 

Pro Series Yoga Mats

 

Due to the size and weight of our Pro Series rubber yoga mats, return shipping charges may apply.

 

If Tatago provides a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Please get in touch with us before returning any Pro Series yoga mats so we can provide the correct return instructions.

 

🛡️Product Defects & Warranty Claims

 

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@tatagoyoga.com and include photographs of the issue.

 

All defect claims are reviewed individually.

 

Tatago may request additional photos, information, or the return of the product for inspection before approving a claim.

 

Verified manufacturing defects may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded at Tatago's discretion.

 

Refunds are not automatically issued for products claimed to be defective.

 

Damage caused by improper use, improper care, accidents, storage conditions, normal wear and tear, modifications, or misuse is not covered.

 

If you experience a problem or receive a faulty item, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at info@tatagoyoga.com and include a photo of the defect for review, for orders placed on tatagoyoga.com. Our return policy does not cover damage caused by improper use and/or care, or accidents.

 

RETURN POLICY DETAILS - All items must be in resaleable condition. Products have a 30-day return window, valid for purchases after 11/15/25. Returns must be free from damage and dirt/marks.

 

Yoga Mat Returns

The following returns are not accepted:

  • Over 30 days since you received your order.
  • Item has been used, altered, cleaned, or damaged.
  • PRO Series mats that have been salted.
  • Tags or packaging are not included in the return.
  • Mats are folded over or returned unrolled.

Towel Returns (including ActiveDry)

The following returns are not accepted:

  • Over 30 days since you received your order.
  • Item has been used, altered, cleaned, or damaged.
  • Tags or packaging are not included in the return.
  • Bolsters folded over or returned without polybag.
  • Item is not in resalable condition.
