Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order minus the shipping cost if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Unused items can be returned free of charge for a full refund within 30 days.
Used items are also eligible for a full refund within 30 days, but customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Is it free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping with the minimum amount purchased ($75). Rates for less than $75 orders have very resonable shiping rates which display at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there, but we generally charge about 50% of the true shipping cost.
My order has already been placed/shipped but I need to cancel or update the address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
