This is an excellent mat.They density of the material is high quality. Also,the larger size is everything I dreamed of !

I'm 6'3" and had only tried standard-sized mats...should have done this sooner! I like the material too, some kind of rubber I guess, but it doesn't get slippery when my palms get sweaty.
Great Mat... Love the size, the 6mm has a good feel, not to thick, good grip. The larger mat gives you room to flow, I realized a smaller mat restricts your feeling in a way. Glad I made the change.
